A mixed experience overall
inadequate skills poor security
The location is very beautiful and surrounded by amazing natural scenery.
The service was not great. My daughter received boiled water when she asked for cold water. staff English skills seemed INADEQUATE. Insufficient security around the pool caused my daughter to get hit by a water polo ball.

many pools football pitches hand-crafted cocktails
The hotel had many pools. The waterpark was fun. The two 3G football pitches were great for playing and training. The Gaia cocktail bar had hand-crafted cocktails.
